Student with ADHD - socially maladjusted or threatened with maladjustment? Reconstruction of teacher’s experiences

Presented researches were located in a current of constructivist researches. Narrative interviews were conducted with teachers who work in primary schools in grades 4 – 8. People chosen to these researches are teachers who work with students with ADHD. The aim of the researches was a reconstruction of the story and getting to a subjective meanings which teachers give to undesirable behaviours presented by a student with ADHD at school.
Conducted researches present student’s with ADHD school space where he struggles with big difficulties and evince socially unacceptable behaviours. The analysis of empirical material allows to select categories, which from teacher’s perspective construct a picture of a student with ADHD threat- ened with social maladjustment or socially maladjusted.
