Abstract

The aim of the article is to forecast in relation to the threats arising in connection with the development of green extremism, represented by groups classified as social, individualistic, pro-environmental and pro-animal anarchism. The basis for this forecasting is the analysis of the key elements of ideology, focused around two content common to these groups, namely: the rejection of industrial civilization motivated by the lust for profit and the extension of the scope of community freedom, as well as additional philosophical and ideological elements adopted by these groups. In this article, the author answers in particular the following questions: do these ideas constitute a strong link for continuous organizational cooperation and ideological reinforcement of motivation, which of these four types of groupings and why might develop a more radical form of dissent in the future, and finally what will be the future of green extremism?
