1. General information.
- The operator of the website is the Polish Naval Academy (ul. Śmidowicza 69, Gdynia 81-127, NIP 586-01-04-693, REGON 190064136).
- The website obtains information about users and their behavior in the following way:
- Through information entered voluntarily in forms.

2. Information in the forms.
- Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.
