RUSSIAN GAS AND PETROL SECTOR TOWARDS CHANGES ON THE GLOBAL ENERGY RESOURCES MARKET

In the paper entitled „Russian gas and petrol sector towards changes on the global energy resources market” an analyze of Russian Federation's abilities and limitations in the production, transition and use of natural gas and petroleum (as a tools of influence on economics and politics in the modern world) is undertaken. The paper evaluates an influence of new natural and shelfgas production techniques on political and economical potential of the Russian energy resources market. An author aims at predicting future events and general development of country's energy strategy while considering growing import power of Asian countries, especially PRC. An author also focuses on American energy resources sector and its export abilities, in the context of highly possible rivalry with Russian Federation on the European petrol market. An influence of military struggle at the Ukraine on the Russian presence on the European energy resources market – while considering the redefinition of European states natural resources supplies strategy – is also an important part of provided analyze.
