Abstract

Challenges of the modern world and the future cause that educational objectives and functions of a teacher and a school change. They are expressed in general statements and objectives of the whole education and in its individual elements, especially a school. Both improving teachers and a school as an innovative organization is the condition of optimization of efficiency of education.
