SELECTED MODELS OF MILITRAY TRAINING OF CANDIDATES FOR OFFICERS IN THE CONTEXT OF STATE SECURITY

Abstract

Military training is carried out as part of the Officer's School. It has a complementary function for acquiring cadres. In practice, it is limited to training non-commissioned officers and privates having a master's degree (equivalent) for directions converging with the requirements for the next job title and the training of personnel recruited from the environment of civil needs of these bodies personal, which does not lead to the preparation mode of higher education in military academies.
This situation applies to the corps of the financial, legal, medical and pastoral care. While the military training for people recruited from the environment of civil and non-commissioned officers with master's degree is continued for several years, so much in regard to the rank and file unions for the first time it has been running a pilot project in 2015.
The article presents the currently valid model to prepare candidates for officers based on the study officer. This form of training is carried out in two universities, ie. The School of Air Force and the University of Land Forces.
