Basics of the conceptualization of the security policy in the field of counteracting chemical threats in Poland

Abstract

The authors analyze, on the basis of domestic and foreign literature on the subject and other sources, the
issues of chemical hazards. On this basis, they develop chemical safety policy rules. In the first part, the
essence of the state security policy and the importance of separating it from a specialist in the field, i.e.
chemical security policy, were presented on the basis of the understanding and understanding of politics.

Subsequently, after determining the essence of chemical safety, the hazards for this dimension were characterized together with their classification. The final part of the article presents the state's chemical security policy,
and the summary indicates the directions of the lines and practical ones for its effective implementation.
