Abstract

Security is a natural human need. Security needs include a desire for steady employment, health insurance, safe neighborhoods, and shelter from the environment. This article presents a description of the nature of the safety of the refugees, and per-sons with subsidiary protection, which are guaranteed with due respect for the rules of the Geneva Convention, and the safety of foreigners who applying for international protection.
