EVOLUTION OF THE ESSENCE OF THE SYSTEM OF COLLECTIVE SECURITY AS A CONSTITUENT PART OF THE THEORY OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

The article analyses scientific approaches to the system of collective security and its functioning from the point of view of the theory of international organizations. Special attention is concentrated to the problem of definition of the notion of collective security and mech-anisms of providing its functioning in international environment.
