Selected contexts of quality of life

Abstract

The aim of the article is to analyze the quality of human life and the elements influencing the sense of its shape. The author points to philosophical, psychological, sociological, economic, pedagogical, and medical views on the quality of life. Within these approaches, he considers both the approaches from the subjective and objective perspective, emphasizing that there is also a tendency to combine both views today. 

The author also formulates her own construction of the quality of life, taking into account the subjective and objective perspective. It also deals with the proprietary approach to the quality of life in the situation of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic. The study also considers the possibility of taking optimization measures at the individual and social level in order to increase the sense of quality of life in both individual and collective context.
