Educational potential of the silver economy

Ageing process of societies is known to have been a global problem of contemporary World, furthermore the most serious socioeconomic challenge facing governments of plenty of countries. The indicated changes can be analysed twofold: from so called apocalyptic perspective – ageing of societies as a jeopardy for market development and also from foresight perspective – demographic changes being a chance which is necessary to be prepared for.
The aim of the article is to focus an attention that so called silver market should be considered in a broaden way not only as a possibility to use purchasing power of seniors but also as potential workers commanding social capital.
